I was in Pittsburgh traveling for work and decided to try out Kiku for dinner and could not have been more impressed. The food was truly outstanding, and I really appreciated the recommendations from my server. You can tell that they take great pride in the quality of their work. I strongly recommend giving Kiku a try. -

(August 28, 2019, 1:06 am)Outstanding sushi- one of the top three sushi restaurants where I’ve eaten (the others were in Atlanta and Washington DC). The fish was fresh and high quality, the service was friendly and fast, plus they make their own soy sauce in-house. Highly recommend this place.

(May 15, 2019, 3:33 am)This is the most authentic Japanese restaurant I have ever been to in the United States, and I’m originally from New York. I know this because I have been to Japan. Kiku bears a STRIKING resemblance to the ambiance, flavor and feel of a true Japanese dining experience. Once you’ve eaten the sushi at Kiku, you will have a difficult time eating the overly Americanized version that you’ll find anywhere else in town. Absolutely love this place. Incredible waiter too who cares deeply about the food and is unbelievably knowledgeable able professional. Eat here.
