    We were thrilled. Just when you think fusion restaurants are done, Nanban proves they're still relevant. I ordered the Shio Ramen, a flavor party with pork belly & mushrooms. Rich got the Gochujang drumsticks, but they were happy to substitute chicken breast, on a biscuit with gravy. Both meals were delicious and the service was 5-star

    The atmosphere was chill and service was overall pretty good. The fried chicken was definitely my favorite part of the meal. Great crunch and that inferno honey sauce adds a nice subtle heat.
