The food and the service here are always top-notch. The pancakes are phenomenal. The potatoes are to die for. They make over medium eggs correctly (this is not common, in my experience). Every employee I’ve ever interacted with has been kind, patient, and helpful.
My only complaint (which I have about pretty much every Pamela’s) is the ambient noise level. Most of my party has trouble with sensory overwhelm, and the background noise level seriously interferes with our ability to enjoy our visit. When deciding where to go for breakfast out, it’s common for us to eliminate Pamela’s as an option because we don’t think we’ll be able to cope with the noise level, which is then followed with a shared sigh of resignation, because the food and service are so good that we’re sad not to be going there.
