CJ and I (and our friends) enjoyed a fantastic meal last night. Thank you Don and all of the great team for a relaxing and positive experience. The Trout was delicious and the appetizers were all perfect. And thank you for accommodating some specific vegan requests. Oh, and my Manhattan and CJ’s Martini were perfect. Thanks Josh!! Lovin us some Troy Hill! ????
Wonderful atmosphere with creative twists on comfort food. My deviled eggs with salt cod were beautiful presented and excited the palette. I don't eat beef often so the Beef Bourguignon was a real treat, very tender with the perfect amount of mashed potatoes and a rich brown gravy. Sunday brunch, I heard is extra fun with live jazz. If I lived in the neighborhood, I'd be a regular.
Choose this spot for Sunday Brunch and wasn’t disappointed. Eclectic interior design with an equally eclectic menu. We chose the Beignets, Japanese pancakes, Short rib dip and Croque madame. All were excellent as was the service. The prices were very reasonable as well! Will definitely come back given the opportunity.
Everything New American should be: adventurous and well-executed with good selection of vegetarian options (though in truth it could stand to have a bit more). I love that it's off the beaten path. Dinner makes the space cozy and intimate and brunch - which is far more than just an omelette and pancake place - makes the space bright and airy. An easy re-do every few months.
Eclectic yet fantastic New American restaurant. Food and service were 10/10. We ordered the duck, pork, cheese plate, and few other small plates. Ended the meal with their succulent chocolate tort and a bit of port. I've been here twice, and can't wait to go back!
