Social House 7

First off the decor and vibe of the place is great, but the heater was broken, most of the patrons were in coats as was some of the staff, the women's room had issues with a toilet leaking everywhere and a clogged sink, really poor conditions. The food and menu on the other hand was good and our server was great. Decent value for what you get as well. Good for couples, better for groups.

Came here for my birthday, and clearly indicated this on my reservation. Unfortunately this fact wasn't acknowledged by the host or our server. I don't expect special treatment, anything for free, or anything like that, but a simple "Happy Birthday" doesn't cost anything. I bring this up because it kind of set the tone for service the rest of the night.

We were sat down in a section that was mostly empty, and were visited by a server fairly promptly. We ordered apps separately from entrees, which I know in some restaurants means a longer wait because they'll have less time after you're done with apps to make the entree. But here, the entrees were still brought out before we were done with apps. Again, waiting until the first course was finished would have cost nothing, but it wasn't done. Then when our water ran out, we were left waiting for a while until we got more. The restaurant wasn't super busy at the time, so I don't think they have that excuse for the poor service.

However, the food and decor were wonderful, so I have no complaints on that side. But for the prices they charge, I expect a bit more out of service.

It was our first time. Our waiter Drew was awesome. Service was great. The food was delicious. Will absolutely go back!!!!

This restaurant was beautiful. Architecture was great. Great place to sit. I liked the presentation of food. I visited there with my friend for lunch. We spend great time.
