Service has been quite poor a couple of times (poor replies to inquiries about dietary restrictions, rushing well before close time, long waiting times) -

Buffet is worthy every penny. -

They have a menu with both North indian and south indian cuisine. Staff is very courteous and friendly. I really like the Mojave. And would recommend it for a cozy evening with nice Indian food

(September 25, 2019, 4:26 pm)The best Indian Food in Pittsburgh! I just had the lunch buffet and the flavors were perfect. Nice variety and vegetarian or meat options. Great for quick, healthy and delicious lunch. I feel great thank you everyone at Tamarind!
