Excellent food and a very wide selection of drinks. Service was great.
The food here is delicious the views are amazing. We're went back a second time for their weekend brunch and it was also very delicious. Parking is the only issue, there's nothing at the restaurant the lots for the stadium are your best bet but then you'll have to avoid game day.
The foundry offers a limited but interesting menu. They definitely have more beer than food as a selection. The jambalaya is very good along with the bacon bites. As would be expected, the burgers and fried chicken are the most popular things on the menu. This too is located near both the Pittsburgh Heinz Field football stadium and the pirates stadium as well. Very crowded during sporting season.
Pleasantly surprised. We only visited here because Bettis' was full. Andrea was a great waitress! Very attentive and excellent suggestions. Didn't have to wait for a thing! The food was a bit pricey but worth it. It really was worth it. The mixed drinks were special. About $8-$10 for a speciality cocktail. Again... Worth it. We left completely stuffed.
Stopped here before a pirates game. 5-star happy hour deals: $5 signature cocktails, half price beer and wine, $6 starters. Staff was great and loved the outside seating. However, the food is just ok, and pricey for what you get. And the draft list is not much more than serviceable. So it's a great place to grab a drink and some apps on game day or to start a night out, but I'd look elsewhere if going out to dinner.
