Some people in our party loved this place, some people just liked it, so four stars seemed fitting. The concept of being able to customize and build your own dish with your choice of noodle, protein, vegetables and spices is fun and makes it easier for those who are a little pickier than others. You cant beat the service, very friendly and the the facility is new and clean. Worth a visit when you are tooting around Squirrel Hill and get a hankering for some noodles.

It is a tradition of my family to go to a new restaurant and get too much food to try out the menu (always too much for 3 people). When we went here, we ordered 7 dishes: rose dumplings, house dumplings, pork bun, bang bang noodles, stir fry noodles, house dry noodles, and a make-your-own combination. Every dish was good. The bang bang noodles and the rose dumplings stood out because I have never had them before and the experience of each was unique and amazing. The bang bang noodles and dry noodles featured szechuan peppercorns that numbed the tongue instead of scorching the mouth with too much heat. My only complaint was that the dry noodles were so numbing they distracted from the dish itself. I loved the stir fry noodles and came back to those even while considerably full. The food was so amazing that my family almost ate all 7 dishes, even though there was plenty of food. We left considerably stuffed but very satisfied. The ramen broth was very good and I thought making it to order was a good way of inviting new experiences.

We walked by and noticed the new restaurant and decided to try it. What a pleasant surprise! The server suggested everything we ordered and it exceeded expectations. (Best fried dumplings in squirrel hill!) Friendly service, great atmosphere, and even better food.
