Friendly staff and friendly customers make for a perfect bar. Free dart boards and pool tables, cigarette machine and it's a smoking bar with good ventilation. Plus beer is priced close to some clubs. The food is tipical bar food but its pretty good

Shannon the bartender there awesome and food is delicious!! Down to earth and friendly!! But shannon always give me and my friend the best experience and her drinks are bomb!!

In town for a Pens game looking for a decent place for some food and a beer, happened across the Ugly Dog saloon and glad we stopped here. the wings were excellent, we ordered other appetizers , all good also had the Reuben which was spot on. Prices were good and Michelle our bartender was great. I will definitely stop here again next time I make the trip to the Pittsburgh area.

After a long drive I stopped in for a drink & some food. The bar menu was plentiful & decently priced. The food was cooked well & served hot. The drinks are also fairly priced.The bartenders were nice & attentive. They have a music box & pool tables are in an adjacent area to the bar. The bathrooms are clean. And the clientele was diverse & in good spirits. This is a great neighborhood bar! I definitely plan to stop back.
