PERFECTO! Chrissy & Staff Go Out Of Their Way To Make You Feel Like Part Of The Family! THE BEST Pizza in Bellevue!!!
V3 is one of my guilty pleasures for lunch. Their staff make the experience fun, while the quality of their food keeps me coming back. A bit of advice if you are doing lunch; get there as close to opening or at least before 11:30am as possible. The lines can get a bit long.
I went there for lunch with a client. I liked the thin-crust, which I am generally a fan of. Lots of unique creations or make your own. It was a little confusing, so I am glad my client had been there before and knew the drill. Staff seemed a little disjointed, and were arguing with each other, but not enough that it really distracted from the experience. I would go back for sure.
Create your own flat bread pizza. Many toppings to choose from. Always crowded at lunch time.
They are fairly quick, and at a decent price. You can build your own to have as little or as many toppings as you like. It is a thin crust pizza. There are different types of dough and sauces and cheeses. They use what looks like an electric oven conveyer belt type toaster to cook the pizza and it is relatively fast. The downtown Pittsburgh location does get crowded during peak lunch times. I believe you can order online ahead of time to avoid the lines.
