“Recently I used the app to order. I had fallen down the stairs earlier in the day (total accident) and just gotten home from the hospital, and I put the wrong pizza in by accident. When I called to complain, they explained they had it correct, but then offered to send the pizza I actually wanted free of charge, and had it to my family within twenty minutes. Speedy option for a work lunch without feeling too hurried. They had the windows open to the sidewalk, which is a fun touch to get the sights and sounds of the city while enjoying lunch. I think a lot of people will go for the sushi, but the rest of the menu is nice too. I'll add this to my regular list of downtown lunch options.”
