First Watch - Settlers Ridge

Excellent food and selection, in general and for vegiterian and vegan, as well as a solid coffee. There was a decent 30min wait for two people at 11am. However that was reasonable considering the amount of people there.

First watch is a great breakfast place with an emphasis on healthier and fresh aspects to their food. They could be more aggressive with the flavors they add to their food, especially when they seem to intentionally reduce the amount of grease and butter used in the recipes. There are some additions to their items that really elevate the food when they're present like the onions in their potatoes and the lemon added to the egg sandwich I had, but I feel like these could be added in larger portions.

Despite this the food was delicious throughout and the service was truly impeccable. To top it off they had a community table for express seating for those eating in small groups.

Fast, friendly service. Food is fresh and delicious. Very nice menu of soups, salads, sandwiches and breakfast fare. Atmosphere is fun with industrial and urban farmhouse elements. Will definitely go back...

Love the newer digs plus the staff is and has always been great! The food is always fresh, healthy and yet really good! I love the different varieties than most of your basic restaurant cuisine. The specials are interesting while being tasty, not sure who creates them but keep it up.

Oh, yum!! Had a great experience here yesterday. Got a fresh juice which was phenomenal. My hub and I both got egg sams which were delicious and served quickly. Server was enchanting and attentive.

Entrance can get a little chaotic because you wait to be seated at the cashier stand and it's all right by the door. This is a super cute restaurant with vibrant atmosphere and I can't wait to come back again.
