“If I’m in Pittsburgh, this is another absolute must for my list of places to stop at. Very hard finding good bagels in Florida, so this is always a heavenly treat. Their bagels are JUST the perfect size, hot, soft and fresh, they are legit piping hot when you get them. I enjoy eating them plain with nothing on it when I first pick them up but once they cool down, their cream cheese is just to die for! I highly recommend the plain, jalapeño and bacon scallion. My parents love the honey walnut and strawberry. You just can’t go wrong with a Bruegger’s bagel!”

“The sandwich and soup we're good. The girl that took my order was very friendly. But, when I paid with a credit card, the machine wanted a tip amount. I put in 2 dollars. The girl rang it up and gave me a pager. I asked what it was for and she said it would buzz when my food was ready. I asked if she was going to bring it to the table. No, you pick it up. What was the tip for? I tip wait staff because they work for tips. These people preparing my food make up to 12 dollars an hour! This is a scam! People expecting a tip not for exceptional service but just doing their job. No more tips from me.”
