Jersey Mike's Subs

So glad Jersey Mike's opened in Mt. Lebanon. The store is convenient, with easy parking and easy access. The store is clean and new, so I like going there. The workers were friendly and did not rush us as we decided what to get. Ended up with four people sharing two large subs: Philly cheesesteak and Italian. Both were really good and fresh. Nice amount of toppings. Bread was fresh. Enjoyed the overall experience.

Really great location. I’ve been twice since they opened and the first time was on their donation day, which I made a mistake on my online order and called in to correct it, and they were more than kind and accommodating on what I’m sure is one of their busiest day (thanks again!!!). And then tonight we came in and the staff just couldn’t be more accommodating and customer service driven. Great subs too!!

Excellent Service!!!
I was here Sunday May 7 2023 around 6:30pm for curbside pick up. My order was a little delayed for a few minutes. They came outside to let me know the girl was very apologetic and extremely friendly, I wish I knew her name. When my order was brought out to my car by a young man again he apologized and threw in 3 chocolate chip cookies as we had ordered 3 Giant sandwiches. Excellent service by the crew that was working Sunday late afternoon. Thank you it was truly awesome.

This business is new to our neighborhood. I certainly have been to other Jersey Mikes before and this this one stacks a little higher.
Staff was courteous and made our Italian subs perfectly.
Great place to eat-in. The tables were clean as were the bathrooms.
The parking can be a hassle but there are a lot of thriving businesses in the location.
I will be back!
