    Adobe chicken sandwich was really good! Best chicken sandwich, very tender and flavorful. nice personable owner running the food truck.

    Omg! The food is Amazing! I tried the potato and fish pierogie. It was the best thing I've eaten in a long time. The owners are so nice too, very friendly. It was gluten free and dairy free too.

    Amazing food truck. Was able to offer vegetarian and dairy free options my partner and I could share! So grateful for being accommodating and offering options.

    Tried El Chucho’s while we were in town for New Year’s, and man are we glad we did! The food was absolutely delicious - we got the chicken sandwich and the fries. The owners were super friendly and wonderful to talk to. Highly recommend El Chucho’s if you see them around! They have vegetarian (possibly vegan)? options too!!
