Bonefish Grill

This is honestly one of my favorite restaurants in all the South Hills area. The main focus is seafood and they do it very well. They offer many steaks and salads as well. Their speciality drinks that change seasonally are excellent. What sets this place apart however is the atmosphere...it is classy and casual at the same time...with a stress on classy.

This was a great experience. We had one of the friendliest waiters I've ever experienced. He asked if we had any questions about the food menu and offered advice about the drink menu as well. The crab crusted cod was great and the vegetables were one of the best I ever had. We had a pineapple martini & a blueberry lemon drop martini. They were totally amazing! The restaurant was very clean and well ran. We will coming back soon!

After A Less Than Desirable First Experience, I Reached Out To Bonefish To Express My Concerns. I Was Expecting My Comment To Go To Some Central Database And Maybe/Maybe Not Get Addressed. What I Wasn't Expecting Was For Eric, The Manager, To Email Me And Call Me Within An Hour! He Was Polite And Professional And Welcomed Me And And My Husband Back To Make Things Right. He And His Staff, Including Kevin The Hospitality Manager, And Brad, Our Server, Went Above And Beyond To Make Our Night Out Special. I Truly Appreciated Being Heard And Treated With Such Respect. This Was A Great Example Of How A Little Understanding And Compassion Goes A Long Way And This Was Something I Will Always Remember. Thank You For Your Generosity And Kindness, Eric, And I Hope To See You Soon!!

Went here recently, the waitress Marie was very attentive. the food came on time, and was fresh. A little Expensive place but well worth paying for the good service and good food. Place was clean and neat. Recommend this place to try out.
