Bob Evans

For this being our first time dining with Bob Evans it was great because our server. I don't remember her name. The food was pretty good. I ordered chicken pot pie and my husband ordered pot roast. The portion sizes are very large! Come with an appetite or you can take it to go like we did.

The food was delicious, my son loved his pancakes with chocolate syrup! Our waitress was very nice and attentive. All in all, it was a great meal!

Breakfasts are awesome except the pancakes are NOT light and fluffy like other restaurants. After trying them 3 visits in a row and having them undercooked and flat, we no longer order pancakes with our breakfast. If you improve your pancakes we'd definitely give you 5 stars.

The only critique I would have is that the staff should be trained acknowledge customers who enter and are waiting to be seated. "A just a moment someone will be right with you", and then make sure the person who's actual role it is to greet and seat is aware of the fact. (During busy or down time this should be implemented) If busy and unable to seat right away apologize and act accordingly. Don't just have customers standing there watching staff look at you yet continue on without any statement. Other than that service was great food was great!

Great as usual! When we go we asked to be seated in a waitress Carmen's section but she wasn't in last night. She is the best waitress I have ever had in any restaurant I went to. She is sweet, kind and a joy to have serving me.
