Primo’s Tacos & Tequila

My husband and I went there for the first time today .Let me tell you that place is the best Mexican restaurant around !
Every time we go to other places the prices are outrageous, the service sucks and the food is okay , this was not the case at this place .
Everyone was so pleasant, food was fantastic and the bill wasn’t outrageous. Truly authentic Mexican food .
We will definitely be back.

We sat on the back patio. We wanted to sit outside because I called ahead and the back patio is dog-friendly. (We’re socializing our 5 month old puppy.) The atmosphere was great! One of the owners checked on our table multiple times to make sure we were okay. It was very busy, but that’s to be expected, it’s the second week of the place being open. They ran out of chips, so we started off with 2 orders of the papas de asada as appetizers. Honestly, I’m glad we did! Everything tasted so fresh. Loved the guac on those. I ordered the Asado Mexico and my favorite part of the dish was the smoky chorizo. Such a great flavor. My husband ordered the El Gigante burrito which was a huge portion and my dad ordered the Chori Pollo which was excellent as well. I’m very happy West Mifflin has this spot now. I feel like there’s nothing but chains here, so having Primo’s is a fresh new addition to the area. We will definitely be back to try some drinks and I’m very curious about the Birria Ramen to try next time! Well done, Primo’s crew.

Primo’s has to be one of the BEST restaurants in the Pittsburgh area that I’ve been to. When I walked in, the place looked terrific and instantly had great vibes. Everyone working was super kind and welcoming. The food was fantastic and had significant portions for the price. I got the Pittsburgh Burrito most recently, but you cannot go wrong with anything else on the menu. The drinks, especially the Mexican Mule, greatly complemented the meal. I would not think twice about trying this place out. It's definitely going to be a place I come for lunch breaks and dinners with my family. Thanks Primo’s!

I drove 40 minutes from McMurray Pa just to try this place and I got to say, it was definitely worth the drive. The waiter’s and hostess were so kind and my husband’s food came out steaming hot, just how we like it! My husband got the combo fajita s, and I got the 2 carne asada tacos and 1 brisket, and both meals were incredibly flavorful! Will absolutely be returning!

The best place to get some Mexican food and drinks in our area!!! Service was excellent, staff was very friendly and welcoming. Owners were grateful for every customer that stopped by. I got the Pittsburgh Burrito which had chicken, French fries, chorizo, beans, and rice inside…all smothered with queso. It was amazing, all ingredients were fresh and portions were generous. Everything was reasonably priced as well with deals during Happy Hour and much more. You must stop by if you are in the area!
