Applebee's Grill + Bar

You get what you order here. I have never had a bad experience at Applebee's restaurants. Food is always piping hot and tasty. Staff is well trained and polite.

Located in Monroeville on Route 22..This was not an especially notable meal. I asked for a steak ordered medium . It was more well done and dry. The broccoli was ok but not a bit of seasoning or butter. The mashed potatoes were very good. The gin and tonic was more tonic than gin, and it was supposed to be a double. This was not a busy night at the time that I was there, but it seemed like awhile for the food to arrive. The waitress wasn't very attentive at all. She would just drop the food off and walk away I had to ask her several times for extra napkins. Applebee's is your standard casual dining venue. One would think that management or employees would want to make it as best as they could considering the competition that's around them.. They didn't fair very well with me this evening.

Great service and friendly staff. Prices weren't bad either. Food was fantastic.
