Great place to eat. First time here I had the bao buns. So good flavors were great. And I also had the sweet and spicy Ramen bowl. I can't complain about a single thing. Yes it is a tad pricey but once you eat it you will see why. I recommend you stop in and try it. Also the pork gyoza and miso Ramen bowl were fantastic
Didn’t expect to find this spot in Bedford, glad I did. The salads are a good size, full of fresh ingredients and wonderful flavors. We tried a variety of their soups, and the broths were all uniquely delicious. The miso ramen broth is one of the best I’ve had anywhere, bursting with savory umami. Recommended.
Clean, inviting, 👃great. Open area to 👀 in or out. Friendly, shows concern when spice is involved. Food & drink are exceptional. Fresh ingred., simple menue with complex tasty dishes. Highly recommend & defiantly will return many many times
nudl is amazing! friendly welcome when you walk in the door. easy to read menu with descriptions of what you're ordering. place your order at the counter, sit down at a table and within MINUTES your food is delivered piping hot (for the items that are intended to be that way) Flavor is out of this world. Noodles were cooked perfectly and you get a hearty helping of protein when you add it in addition to your noodle bowl choice. fresh, fragrant and colorful ingredients. great atmosphere. great music selection to enjoy when you're slurping on your noodles. I love it. highly recommend and will absolutely be back!
As exciting as it is to have a new cultural restaurant in Bedford we're disappointed with the price and the food quality. First the price, two bowls of soup and two cokes aren't worth 48.00 dollars not including tip. Second the noodles aren't fresh they are store bought and the sodium content is worse than Chinese food. The service and atmosphere was good but this restaurant wasn't our cup of soup.
