Firefly Cafe and Outpost

Firefly Cafe is a hidden treasure. I’m so greatful! The food is delicious as it looks. They make vegan dishes that make you rethink why are you eating meat, and give you hope a plant based diet is not as hard as we think it would be. Today, I tried the Impossible Burger, and oh my, they did a great job! I tried it one time at another restaurant in KOP, and they did not made it as good.

Other great option that I remembered is the Za’atar Chickpea Burger.

Always a wonderful experience. Great food as well!

So my husband and I are celebrating our 2 year Anniversary and he suggested this place for lunch because he saw the JackFruit pulled pork sandwich on their menu. We wound up ignoring the menu items and went straight to the specials: I had the vegan mac & cheese burger and he had the impossible burger.... OUTSTANDING!!! The service is great, the owners are superb and the food? I'll say it again: OUTSTANDING!!! Being natives of NYC we havent found any vegan places this GREAT since we moved to PA until now. I hear they have a bed & breakfast?! The Mister and I will definitely be making our way back here again and again but next time we're bringing friends!!!

Absolutely great food with a nice atmosphere. The staff are always friendly. When it is offered as a special I suggest anything with their mac and cheese. It's delicious and so savory. Any dressing is great, but I love the one with ginger.

Great little place to eat with a full vegan menu. The staff are lovely and the mix matched chairs are adorable. Food is yummy and the smoothies are so worth the price. Wasn't a fan of the pastries but the rest of the food was tasty!! Even if you don't eat vegan (I certainly don't) you will enjoy your meal here!
