Decor is cute and staff is usually nice, but they hire teens who are kinda shy...? I guess. They have 0 vegetarian meals which I feel like could be solved by them easily if they were trying. They have salads, but all of them have meat on them and are premade, so if you ask for one without, it already had it on it.

Excellent beds and pillows !!! Nice to have "grab and go " foods and drinks. A comforting relief after a long hard day at the hospital. Thank you.

We ordered a chicken tenders meal and they said they were making fresh ones, if we could pull up they'll bring them out. After about 8 minutes a lady came out with the order, very apologetic, and gave us 3 vouchers for a free small fry or ice cream cone. Everyone we dealt with was very professional.

This is the first time I've been here, as I was in Reading for a wedding. I was impressed as soon as I walked in. It was busy, but orderly & VERY clean considering the high volume of people. The wait for food orders, again considering how busy these folks were, was very reasonable. There were four of us, and the team got our order correct. I saw the manager working with his team in the kitchen every bit as hard as they were. My compliments and respect to that manager! Did not overhear any complaints about anything from all the people there eating or waiting for their order. My sausage egg & cheese McGriddle was prepared perfectly, as were the orders for the other three in my party. Everything was fresh, hot, and cooked properly. Good Job!!
