Starbucks

First time here and the ace was beautiful, clean and the employees were super kind

This is a busy Starbucks. When there is a good crew, as with other busy Starbucks, it operates efficiently. As order by phone becomes more popular, the wait times can be 15-20 minutes. Supplies become depleted often. They run out of food items on occasion-especially later in the day. Reading clearly needs more coffee shops. Maybe not a Starbucks, but the West Reading area seems like it could support one more that is a Starbucks, or Starbucks like.

I love starbucks, but more specifically i love this location, everyone is always so friendly and professional, and the drinks are made the way i expect them to be made. Consistency is key! If you haven't tried a Double shot on Ice or the Cold Brew with Salted Cold Foam, go for it! I assure you, you wont be dissapointed! Thanks to all the employees working during this pandemic, you're all heroes!

This location was PACKED when we arrived, both inside and at the drive through. We weren’t in a rush, but thought for sure we’d be waiting for a long time in line and for our drinks. Turns out, however, we weren’t! The line went quick, the cashier was friendly, the drinks came out in under 5 minutes after ordering, AND they got the order right! In all, we were super impressed with the speed and professionalism on the part of the staff. I wish more Starbucks locations had workers as diligent as these folks.
