“Decided to come try this place out after having to skip out on that other BBQ joint in town (review is up). And boy was I pleasantly surprised! The gentleman cook in the back greeted me as I was approaching the truck, (probably saw my Texas plates) and the lady in the truck was very nice and accommodating. I ordered 1/2 jerk ribs, half jerk chicken, and half regular chicken. No sides. For around $30 I think. Not bad at all! The food was delicious and ribs were tender. Chicken was flavorful and moist. Not dry at all. I'm not a fan on the sauce but I can see why some might like it. Just not for me. But will definitely recommend and will return!”

“We ordered Keystone Tacos, across from SAYRE Pudgies, for dinner tonight. Wife had two chicken tacos, and I had the grilled deluxe burrito. We each had chips and cheese, the chips are the best I’ve had. &27 total. Ready in 10 minutes. Everything was amazing. Highly recommend. 5 stars.”

“We are in town because our daughter is having a baby and after a long day of waiting for him to come, we had to leave and get a bite to eat. Not knowing anything much about the area we decided on Pudgies. It was a great decision. The gentleman who took our order I think was the manager/shift lead and was very very nice. He was conversational and made us feel at home. The quality of food was fantastic and the place was very clean. Before we left he gave us a few slices of pizza that he had to remove to make fresh for our other family members waiting at the hospital. This was unexpected and very much appreciated. Customer service like this is missing so often these days. I would totally come back to Pudgies and eat again.”

“The burritos here are delicious, very similar to Moe's. The ingredients are all where you can see them and they all tasted freshly made and delicious. The salsa was also very good. The two guys working behind the counter were very polite. The seating was comfortable and they have a choice between a bar and booths, as well as a massive TV. Very sleek and modern. I didn't check out the bar side much, but it's separate from the dining side, which is also nice. Would definitely recommend and come back again.”

“Very slow service. Was busy with a line of people and only one order taker. My husband ordered tacos supreme without sour cream, but they had sour cream on everyone of them. Cashier even put it as no sour cream on order, but person who made them did not pay attention. This place has always gotten orders wrong. “I always enjoy the food here. I probably order from here once a month. The homemade bread for the subs and apps is so good and I love the char grilled wings. My issue, and the reason for the low rating, is the fact that everyone I call in an order I'm immediately put on hold without even being welcome or given a chance to speak. One time I was on hold for five minutes and when I went to pick up my order I literally counted 17 employees working, two of whom were just leaning on the counter engrossed in chit chat. While the food is good I feel there's a lot of work they need to do to improve customer service.”
