Cashier even put it as no sour cream on order, but person who made them did not pay attention. This place has always gotten orders wrong. “I stayed at the hotel next door and ate here for dinner, I'm not a big drinker but they have a nice selection of drinks. Their menu is small but the food is great I had the pulled pork bbq sandwich and coleslaw, which is the best coleslaw I had in a long time, and the sandwich was great. My co-workers really enjoyed the food as well, I have this place saved on my list.”

“Excellent Real Southern BBQ Up North! Had to come to Sayre for a surgery and found this place listed on Trip Advisor. We had the ribs and a side of slaw that was delicious. The ribs were cooked to perfection and bursting with smoky goodness! I was thrilled to find BBQ that was as good as I used to get when I lived in the South. After many BBQ disappointments in NY, I finally found the good stuff here in PA! Fun fact: tablecloths are replaced with big sheets of brown paper, so go ahead... get messy! You know you want to. ;)”

“I always enjoy the food here. I probably order from here once a month. The homemade bread for the subs and apps is so good and I love the char grilled wings. My issue, and the reason for the low rating, is the fact that everyone I call in an order I'm immediately put on hold without even being welcome or given a chance to speak. One time I was on hold for five minutes and when I went to pick up my order I literally counted 17 employees working, two of whom were just leaning on the counter engrossed in chit chat. While the food is good I feel there's a lot of work they need to do to improve customer service.”
