    Hands down best Mediterranean food I ever had. The lamb shank basically melted in your mouth. And the dessert... don’t get me started.. People think I’m lying when I tell them this, but I literally cried tears of joy during dessert with an assortment of cakes and Baklava!

    New favorite restaurant in Doylestown! Food is delicious, atmosphere is very inviting, and the owners are very friendly and attentive. We can't wait to go back!

    Let me say it simply...great food! Small, friendly restaurant that serves up authentic dishes, well prepared and fulfilling. BYOB for the perfect compliment to a nice dining experience.

    Perhaps the best restaurant now in downtown Doylestown. Simply outstanding food, presented and prepared wonderfully. Superb friendly service in a surprisingly casual but cozy and refined setting. Reasonably priced, A Mediterranean-based menu equal to any high-end NYC Greek eatery. We regularly take visitors to Blu and all are impressed. The owner/chef really knows his stuff and the wait-staff is tremendous. Blu is our date-night favorite.
