“The market is usually very busy and seating is limited. Today was a usually busy day. We decided to try the food here. Prices are okay, not cheap but not expensive. The food was also okay. We expected more flavor. The Chicharron Calamar is simply typical frozen breaded calamari. We expected true flour coated chicharron calamari. We didn’t eat most of it. The onion rice is really good but the proteins were bland. They offer very tender beef but it didn’t have much flavor. The bread is missing cheese. It was chewy as expected but lacked flavor. Probably would not return for the food unless I was in the area. I would not crave this places food but it wasn’t horrible either, just don’t expect an authentic Brazilian cuisine…”

“Stopped in for a small meal here yesterday. We shared just a few dishes- the tuna tartare, the burger, and the lemon dessert, and each had a cocktail. Everything was amazing! The burger was one of the best I’ve EVER had. I also appreciate that the menu and drink list were not overwhelming in selection. Definitely will return to try the other items.”

“Enjoyed the restaurant the decor was very industrial. Unfortunately we sat at a table in the entrance room. Every time the door opened the cold air blew across us. The heater is above the door. It was either heat pouring over us or cold blowing on us each time the door opened. Could use more cloth/fabric to absorb sound . It was a little noisy They need to put a curtain or vestibule at the entrance. It was very uncomfortable, not a relaxing dinner. The food is good presentation wonderful, Service inconsistent but still learning.”

There are a few employees that will take the time out from texting on their phones to get you some hot fries since the ones they gave you were lukewarm at best. “My husband and I had dinner here tonight and left comfortably full with smiles on our faces. The atmosphere is very cozy. Staff pleasant and helpful. Both of our salads were unique. Mine with grilled radicchio and mushrooms and my husband’s with arugula and fennel also with mushrooms but they were prepared slightly different than mine were. I had the chicken breast with rosemary, wine and lemon served with sweet potatoes that were whipped light and fluffy and beets. My husband had the wheat breadcrumb crusted chicken with lemon over arugula. Both chicken breast’s tasted fresh and were good quality chicken. The wheat garlic bread was warm and buttery and oh so tasty. It was a Yummy Delicious meal.”

“I don't get these negative reviews. My wife & I had dinner with friends here about 6 mo. ago and we all had very good meals. Good, friendly service. Yeah, it's not the nicest looking dining room, but the food was excellent and the prices are very good. We were there recently with 2 other couples. We all ordered something different from the menu and all of us had a delicious meal. Service was excellent, staff was friendly. Best marinara sauce around! Definitely going back. Looking forward to hanging out in their outside area.”

“It's incredible that food this healthy can taste so good. Every dish I had was packed with so much flavor. Sour, spicy, savory, sweet, every note was hit without any component being to overpowering. Even the drinks were good. The beet lemonade was probably the best drink I have ever had that didnt have caffeine or alcohol in it. “Apps to Entrees, this is one of the more flavor-filled dinner experiences. Creole at it's best. Definitely order the mussels to start, many flavor profiles for the meat entrees. Plus, the atmosphere is great upstairs in an old church. High vaunted ceilings are a major plus.”
