Cute little place! All the food was delicious and the staff was super nice!

We choose this cafe based on previous reviews and the menu options listed on the website and couldn't have been happier. In fact, we loved it so much we came back the very next day for breakfast again.
My family and my friend's family were camping in tents nearby and wanted a good meal to start (and end) our adventure. Vera's was PERFECT for this. All of the kids cleaned their plates (which is a big deal for picky 6, 7 and 11 year olds). The menu was varied enough to allow everyone to get something different (and equally enjoyed) from one day to the next. The pricing was great, especially considering the high quality of the food. Portions were perfectly sized (not too much, not too little). Excellent, friendly service!
It seemed to be a local favorite as a lot of the customers appeared to know each other well, but at the same time we were welcomed as if we were regulars as well. Seating is a bit limited, but even at a popular time, we only had to wait a few minutes for our party of 7.
Next time we're in the area, we will definitely be back!!

This is an excellent, small, hometown diner. This is one of my favorite places to stop for breakfast. The food is great, prices are reasonable, and the service is over the top! Anytime I'm in the area, I try and stop by. I would definitely recommend stopping in here for breakfast. I haven't tried lunch here yet, but the menu looks appetizing.

I like going to places where they offer more than the usual breakfast choices. Today I had the Asian pear and blueberry french toast. Very tasty and reasonably priced. A bit off the beaten path for me but well worth it. Staff is friendly and it's a nice place.
