Metro Diner

I do remember this diner on its opening day! They had Santa there and I didn’t realize, all guests were eating for free, on their opening day. I remember being shocked! Anyway... everything was outstanding and I really hope it has stayed as nice as opening day. My kids and I will have to get over there for breakfast

We love the Southern food they offer! Don't order chicken and Waffles don't order it they burnt my chicken. If you work the kitchen admit when something goes wrong and don't put out bad food because it's bad for business. Things happen. Great and delicious food!

Seated right away. Service was good and very friendly. The manager stopped over as soon as we got our food to ask how everything was and our home fries were undercooked so we asked for new ones. He brought us back new ones, still undercooked in our opinion. He said he took care of us. Neither of us really knew what he meant by that. We were waiting for our check, getting a little frustrated, thinking that we’d never come back. Finally, the waitress comes over and told that the manager had paid the WHOLE bill!

This was definitely a wow factor and made us into return customers for sure. Great example of what going above and beyond customer service can do.

I have been here multiple times for all meals. I have enjoyed the food every time. The calorie counts on the offerings are stunningly high but expected with the kind of fare offered. But this place is clean and roomy. It is a chain but still the seating is spacious and the cooking area is open and clean. The service was usually excellent.

Good amount of food for the money we paid. I took my grandma out to lunch and we went there for the first time and we were quite pleased with our experience. Food didnt take long to come out, I ordered sausage gravy on biscuits and oh my gosh it was banging. So much food I was able to take some home and feed it to my girlfriend as a meal. Would recommend
