Starbucks

I’m only giving this Starbucks a 5 star because mostly all the employees really are great!! I go there everyday! But today made me never want to return there. I went through the drive threw and the lady couldn’t hear me and was extremely rude about the situation and made me feel like it was my fault. I pulled up to the window an she had the audacity to roll her eyes at me. Like clear as day! Her name was jammie. And maybe she needs some real training for that environment cause usually it’s great there!

I love this place. Coffee is always great. Service is amazing. Staff very friendly. What else you can dream off? Unfortunately, since they introduced drive through lane its become an issue. Apparently most of their customers have some kind of disability and are not able to park and walk into the store. So they are blocking entrance to shopping center and you will need ether to wait or go around to get in pretty empty coffee shop. I really wish that drive through is for handicapped customers. For now its my last visit to this place.

People are making business successful and this location has great team! Visiting this location for 11+ years and will continue to do so!!!
