They rotate the buffet menu so you will find something you like. This is probably a top 3 Indian restaurant for me. The price is really good as well. Less than $10 for buffet and water.

(March 31, 2019, 4:22 pm)Nice restaurant that we have visited on several occasions. Quite reasonable in price and food is excellent. The menu consists of the more popular dishes of India (as I have traveled to India many times) and they are quite well prepared. There are dishes for every taste (even the cautious) and you can request your intensity of "heat" in the spices.
No liquor license, but you can take your own inside with no problem. Get there early and you will eat with westerners, and later at night with Indians (proof of the authenticity of the food) - cultural differences in the times people like to eat :-)
