“We are visiting from Toronto today and had dinner at Bravo tonight. The experience exceeded my expectations from the moment we were greeted when we arrived until the moment we walked out the door at the end of the night. The hostess was gracious, our server was friendly and always available. The atmosphere was very inviting and the entire staff in general were very pleasant. The food was amazing, delicious and the portions were generous for the price you paid. Overall it was an excellent experience and I would recommend it to anyone. Having said all this.... the thing that stood out the most for me and that puts this restaurant above most others is that I was personally taken care of by the wonderful chef Brett. I have 2 daughters with severe allergies (nuts, fish and legumes) and Brett spoke to me about what my kids could eat, he personally prepared their food and he then came towards the end of our meal to check that everything was ok. He was very accommodating and eased my worry about my kids eating out. THANK YOU BRETT you made my night.”

“This place has really good fish tacos and french fries. The restaurant has a cool side room that completely opens to the outside on a nice day. The waitstaff was super friendly. And on top of it all, they are all for a really good cause. They hire former addicts and give them a chance to work. It was unfortunate that the restaurant wasn't more busy, you definitely should check this place out!”

“While it has an unassuming store front, the inside has great style. Very clean, friendly service, and wildly inventive menu. Open kitchen was also very clean. Excellent food quality, and not obnoxious portions. **I will say that my hubby enjoyed the biscuits and gravy and ate it all, but we both agreed it was the most unappetizing dish we'd ever seen. Literally was making me gag. No worries, there are tons of other great dishes to order. I had BLT eggs Benedict, and it was excellent. Would definitely go back.”

“China Kitchen just on the edge of Evans City off of Route 68, I think is very good. They have delicious food at a fair price. They have been pretty quick on getting my food ready for me. They do have a dining area (that is a little outdated) that most people do not realize. However, in the winter time, I would recommend doing the takeout because the dining area is not heated all that well. Although, it is nice in the warmer months. They usually keep the side door open for some fresh air. All in all, I would for sure recommend this place to anybody that loves Chinese food as much as I do! :)”

The house salads we got were a good size as well, nothing to write home about though. Fries were standard so they were good as well. Many have complained about the service and wait times. I would agree with these comments. It is very apparent that they are short staffed and have been for some time. The woman taking orders was pleasant enough but seemed a little scattered. I had no issues with my order but I only ordered one type of wings. (I picked up after calling in). I was told 50-60 minutes after I called and walked out with my food after about an hour and 20 so I waited for a bit. I'm a pretty patient person and could see the help wanted sign so I understood, however if this has been an issue for a long time, just tell me a long wait time and I'd be happy. Cash only is annoying but I read that online before I left the house so I was prepared and it didn't bother me. I'd go back again but I'd probably wait longer than estimated to go pick up since they can't seem to figure out the estimates. I'm curious how other locations operate in comparison...”
