We ate here on labor day. It was basically the only restaurant that was open down town so we tried it. We've been meaning to, anyhow. It was EXCELLENT. The ownership is genuine and fun and they're really having a great time with this restaurant. At our table we had the cheese steaks and catfish sandwich along with onion rings, hush puppies, fried okra, and fried zucchinis. They were fried yes, but they were all very light and not greasy at all. Great place. We'll definitely be back for more sweet potato pie they allowed us to sample!!

What an awesome place for lunch. We were traveling through from Harrisburg and we are so glad we found this place. The building neat and clean, the service was amazing and the food was out of this world. We had shrimp and grits and fried chicken. Both were amazing. Everything prepared fresh. We loved the owners who were so friendly. You gotta go if you are anywhere around Johnstown.

Amazing! We had a group of about 12 and the husband and wife who own the place were incredibly accommodating to us! Hosting a big group can be hard for a newer restaurant but they did amazing and better than most! Food was seasoned deliciously, I got breaded catfish and it was perfection. also got home made mozzarella sticks. They were out of a few things, but that proves how fresh the food is. We also got a side of Cajun wings which were spicy but not to spicy! Amazing Cajun flavor and incredible soul food cooking! We will be back for more! Thank you guys so much for the amazing meal!

Fantastic place! Fantastic owners! He made me fries instead of onion rings one time, which was not a huge deal, as i like both. Two weeks later i went back and he said "I owe you onion rings." I actually forgot all about it. They are fantastic people, fantastic customer service, and very close to my office. I highly recommend! I am pretty picky when it comes to what i eat, but they go above and beyond to make sure their customers are highly satisfied. ❤❤
