This Sheetz is closed now through sometime this summer for renovation

The staff were nice and friendly. The one cashier ran up my order very quickly.
But it felt like I was waiting forever to get my food. It was just a salad and a wrap.
Nothing fancy but it took over 10 mins just to get my food. And it really wasn't even busy inside.
I did eventually get my food and was on my way.
But it was like the cashier was quicker with helping me then the people in the kitchen were with getting me my food. It seemed like they weren't really focused anyways so I was worried about how the food was going to come out.
There was barely anything on my wrap and the salad was okay but there wasn't enough dressing, but we already left and we weren't going back.
It was a long day and it wasn't worth all that waiting.
I know it can get busy and packed there but if it isn't busy and a staff member is standing around talking than there isn't an excuse why it should long to get orders out.

The employees have been great to me for years. Sometimes the hire a few bad apples, but they get rid of them quick. My only complaint would be for them to hire more people to do checkout.
