“Caution: wear your stretchy pants when you come here because you are going to want to try everything! This restaurant is delicious! This family run business has the most friendly staff, ask them what their favourites are and you will get great recommendations. We both ordered the brisket sandwich. I got mash potatoes for a side and my husband got fries. The brisket is the BEST brisket we (both of us) have ever had. We are from Canada’s brisket capital and this was the absolute best brisket - your taste buds will thank you! My mash potatoes were super creamy, so yummy. My husband’s fries were crispy and tasty - hitting the spot! We also ordered a side of mac and cheese, we are Canadian (Canada eats more Mac and cheese than any other country). This Mac and cheese was creamy and exactly what you want when you are thinking of having a Mac and cheese. Order it. Just try it. You will thank yourself for this treat! The staff brought us samples of the chili mac and cheese, the ghost pepper bbq sauce, AND the cornbread dessert with custard and strawberry sauce! The chili Mac and cheese was amazing! Such a great option for a Mac and cheese! The ghost pepper sauce has this incredible balance of hot and sweet without being overwhelming. (Dipping Mac and cheese in this was amazing too - soooo tasty!) The cornbread with custard and strawberry sauce is a must order! This one blew my mind, my taste buds are in heaven! This is the BEST way to finish your meal. This restaurant was immaculately clean, all the surfaces were clean, the washrooms were clean, everything was immaculate levels of clean.”

“Tried for the first time tonight. Menu is more extensive than we expected. Among the four of us we tried pizza, stromboli, salad, and meatball sub. Everything was excellent! Very nice atmosphere. Easy access even though it is located in a Mall that doesn't have much to offer. We will go back and will also order take-out.”

“Eeee... if you expect this restaurant to be an upscale place to celebrate anniversaries or parties, it is not. We made a reservation to celebrate our anniversary as we traditionally go to the Carnegie restaurant (it is being remodeled ), and I was disappointed from the moment I entered the room. It is a restaurant-cafeteria type, with all simple tables for four, agglutinated among them in front of a buffet that it’s closed. The waitress was sassy and kind of making faces... I was even wondering why does she bother to come and ask if we are enjoying the food? She was rolling her eyes and stuff. Now, the good thing about the Gardens is definitely the food. Their baked brie is out of the ordinary and the meat had good flavor. I wish the Cesar salad is served with aged parmesan rather than kraft powdery parmesan.”

“Our International Town and Gown Conference committee had a wonderful experience planning our outdoor reception with Harrison's. They were extremely professional and accommodating. They made the extra effort to use locally sourced food and all of our guests LOVED the food! We received outstanding reviews from our attendees because of the food and we can't thank Harrison's enough. They were a pleasure to work with and we would do it again! Thanks Harrison's for being one of the best caterer's in our area and making our event a success!”

“Great customer service and located within a gas station convenience store. The donuts here are fresh and coffee is arm length away. This business is located on a busy roadway so use extreme caution pulling in and out of here.”

“Cost: to be honest, they're fair but I personally don't enjoy handing over 10 dollars for a wrap or 20 for a pizza. I'll grab little Caesar's if I want pizza... however, you definitely get what you pay for. Quality: I've found that the ingredients used are not only fresh but also abundant. A friend tried to get me to eat "we are hungry" buffalo wrap but I have to admit, after eating it I found myself wishing it was from the cove. People: as it happens, I work regularly right next to these guys... I have an opportunity to see things regular customers might not. From the delivery drivers, to the cooks, to the cashiers... I've met nothing but great people. Often going out of their way to help. All in all: I recommend the cove... Stop in if you can and meet them. I'm confident you'll find this review accurate.”

“We tried a number of the beers and some were not to our taste. Love the IPA. Best tuna melt in the history of tuna melts (the salesman). The bread is incredible, and its stuffed with tuna, cheese, greens, and tomatoes, and drizzled with balsamic vinegar. Very much worth a try. The homemade chips are also very good.”

“I was so excited to try this place! They have a great variety and quality of food dishes, and many different beer choices (as they're connected to a brewery). Our food was delicious, yet our service was terrible. It saddens me to give this place less than 4 or 5 stars, but we did not get any refills, our waiter barely talked to us and always seemed as though he was in a rush. We had to ask for lemons three times and when he did bring them he threw the plate on the table as he walked past. Like I said, our food was wonderful and they have options for everyone - but quality of service really makes or breaks the dining experience, and in this case it shattered it ????”

“First time here and I thought it was great! I’ve wanted to try this place since it came back to Happy Valley. The salad was big and very filling. I couldn’t even finish it before I was full! The staff were very nice and welcoming! It was super clean and looked very nice! I’m glad my mom chose here for our mother/daughter night!”

“The staff were nice and friendly. The one cashier ran up my order very quickly. But it felt like I was waiting forever to get my food. It was just a salad and a wrap. Nothing fancy but it took over 10 mins just to get my food. And it really wasn't even busy inside. I did eventually get my food and was on my way. But it was like the cashier was quicker with helping me then the people in the kitchen were with getting me my food. It seemed like they weren't really focused anyways so I was worried about how the food was going to come out. There was barely anything on my wrap and the salad was okay but there wasn't enough dressing, but we already left and we weren't going back. It was a long day and it wasn't worth all that waiting. I know it can get busy and packed there but if it isn't busy and a staff member is standing around talking than there isn't an excuse why it should long to get orders out.”

“The employees are always kind and the service is quick. It's a clean facility, the bathrooms are clean, the food is great and the hot sauce is SO good! The servers are more than happy to be bugged. Just a really great place (: I even got a birthday ice cream! check out comeuntochrist.org to learn how the Book of Mormon testifies of the Bibles truthfulness and how the Bible testifies of the Book of Mormons truth!”

“I believe 3 stars is poor. I would (if I could) rate it 3 and 1/2. Our waitress was nice and knowledgeable. The food was okay. My husband ordered his stake medium-rare and it was cooked well done. No pink at all. My son’s fish and chips were too greasy. My boneless chicken was good. Soft and tasty.”
