College Buffet

Looks like there's a new chef or cooks who know how to cook Chinese food.

You have a sushi section, great appetizers including shrimps, spring rolls, and what not. The mains included crayfish and the dessert section alone was worth the price.

The previous one, that we went to a couple of years back on a weekday, was just Americanized Chinese and the food didn't seem to be done well but, this time on a Friday, the food was spectacular and reminded us of food in China!

Very good and wide selection of sushi, with some new ones I had never tried before. The egg custard was really well made as well. Very clean, and wide variety of good food.

Pretty clean, food was fresh. Definitely acceptable place for family dining. Egg custard was delicious.

The 5 star review was created by a worker because it was put there before it opened. Anyway, the previous college buffet was nothing good. Just basic Chinese food, no sushi, no seafood. We were excited to go back to the new one since it was under new ownership. The food and layout is pretty much the same, with a few minor changes. They had a billboard advertising steak, but there was not steak. The ribs were Americanized with Kraft BBQ sauce instead of the traditional Chinese sauce. They did have eel sushi which wasn't bad. A little pricey for the selection, but overall it hits the spot if you want Chinese food.
