“Cute little family run cafe serving Eastern European food. Three of us ate lunch here on a Tuesday. Not crowded, but ordering was cumbersome and confusing. Prices are good, with entrees around $10 plus add-ons. The cheese boat with egg was very good, nice and cheesy. Need to add flavors though, so be sure to add on spinach or other goodies. Borscht sells out fast, so go early if you want this. Dumpling soup was tasty. Puff pastry with cheese a bit bland, recommend spinach cheese bites instead. Oddly, they don't serve a glass of ice water. If you want water, you must buy a bottle. All in all, a tasty lunch, and food I don't get the opportunity to eat every day.”

“I absolutely love the lattes. I drink them cold straight from the fridge! The drinks are made SO consistently! They taste the same amazing way every time. I just tried the Arnold Palmer with peach tea this week and it was so good — I’ll definitely order this one often in the warm weather! And the baked oatmeal I got the other day... incredible! So excited to have this local business around! Definitely a loyal customer here!”

“Just happened to stumble upon this hidden gem and loved it. The strawberry salad and seasoned chips we're fantastic. The entire menu, though small, looks delicious. Portion sizes were a little small given the price but the flavor was incredible. Definitely making this part of the road trip in the future.”

“First time ever going here and the food was amazing! Small place, we sat in the bar section and the bartender waited on us. He was very personable and you can tell he liked his job and stood behind the food. I will be back again. We had the steak special and it was pretty close to being unbeatable by any local restaurants around.”

“I've lived in the area over 20 years, drove past this many times, and never went there until today. I needed breakfast after dropping off my truck at a nearby repair shop, Willowbank Auto. They were open for breakfast when I went there around 8:00 am, and the sign said they opened, I think, 5:30 am. So they are really more like a general diner, with more than hot dogs. I was thrilled to see liver and onions on the dinnertime menu, and shrimp. I can't find liver and onions just anywhere. Now I'm really looking forward to going there again. The cook was friendly, and other customers sat there chatting comfortably, like regulars. The inside of the building was somehow much bigger than it looked from the outside. My overeasy eggs were perfect. I'll go there again and try more menu items. It feels like a special place to go, not just some huge anonymous chain restaurant.”

“My food was very good. Portions were also good normal size instead of being ridiculously huge. The salad had great veg with no iceberg (a big plus in my book) and my salon was perfectly cooked. Prices are higher than fast food, but not by too much and the good quality is WAY better than any fast food I have ever had. I did not give 5 stars because this is my first time here so I'm not sure about the other foods. I had great service and my food came out quickly. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.”

“AWESOME taco joint! So happy we passed by this place and decided to stop in. Their street tacos are the real deal. This is an amazing find in this neck of the woods. Will definitely be back. They offer coupons on their website and apparently have $1 Taco Tuesdays. They also offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options. Love the feel of the interior design, especially the paintings, which the girl in the shop said were painted by the owner. Great place!”

“We ordered from here for first time tonight and got a buffalo chicken sub, tuna sub and hot wings. Delivery was fast and the driver was very polite. Our food was still very hot when it got here and I thought everything tasted really good. The wings had the perfect amount of sauce and weren’t dry at all and we really liked the house made rolls the subs came on. Will definitely be ordering again!”

It is a clean establishment with friendly wait staff and even swivel stools at a long luncheon counter. Ample parking with easy access. They have a large additional dining room where they often host local organizational meetings.”
