Uncle B's BBQ Shack

I passed this place a few times. I just moved to the area from Texas. I lived many places from Georgia to AZ. I ate bbq from all over the states. I even ate "Blacks BBQ" world famous award winning Bbq from Lockhart Texas. This BBQ at uncle B's would give him a run for the money. I had low expectations at first then I tryed uncle B's and im impressed with the attention to detail of the meat here. And their white bbq is the best. So 5 stars for the food. For the customer service... 10 stars. If anyone says different check your meds.

Service was good! Food was hot and decent - just wasn't exactly what we both like. Can't please everyone.

Excellent BBQ. Absolutely love their Carolina sauce. It is a vinegar base and quite different from what you can typically find around the area. Pairs well with anything but like it best on the pulled pork sandwich. My wife and mom are obsessed with the Alabama white sauce. Like literally could eat spoonfuls. Particularly like their onion rings, which are thin and crispy. My only complaint is the baked beans. I'm sure it is more authentic but I'm used to BBQ baked beans. Theirs have no BBQ and they are okay but just not for me, I really miss that touch of sweet. Wings are quite good as well. Hard to go wrong here.

This place has delicious BBQ! Definitely recommend. Amazing meat, sauces, and mac and cheese. We have been back several times! They also cater if you need meat for a holiday dinner. My only warning with the catering is to not have an expectation of what a traditional holiday meal should taste like. We ordered our Easter ham from here, and it was very smokey. Still very delicious, but it was not the traditional spiral ham flavor I was expecting.
