Dunkin'

Very nice clean and the staff was on point...

Every Dunkin is a franchise and the owner can set their own prices. They are a full dollar more expensive than the Dunkin on Nutt Rd. Large iced coffee $3.59?! Nutt Road has for $2.59. Same exact drink. I don't think I'll be coming back.

I come to this location fairly regularly, as it's right by one of my jobs. The manager is SO NICE when he's there, but the rest of the staff is negligent. I've gotten wrong orders numerous times and been left waiting while no other orders were being taken. Today I made my presence known politely (waved and made eye contact) but was left at the register for an entire Elton John song (that's a long time) before I was greeted and able to put my order in. I'm going to have to start taking the long way to hit a different place on my way to work.

Typical Dunkin. Service is good and food is fine. Sandwiches are good but every since Dunkin as a chain began shipping in there donuts they are really nothing to shout about. Still if your a Dunkin fan this is a well maintained location with good service.

I have edited this review, as they have completely worked on timing, accuracy and changed out their dead weight in staff. Always have loved DD, I would totally recommend this place now!!

This location is THE WORST! They literally need to wipe out their staff and hire an all new one. Not only are they slow, but they get the order wrong 99% of the time. We actually place bets at work to see who’s order will get messed up and unfortunately it’s usually more than one of us. They’re always goofing off in the drive through, they also ask you “is that it?” After every single item you order, so unprofessional in every way. Today for example, they used cream instead of skim milk in one of our iced coffees, didn’t give us straws for any of our drinks, and after asking for extra butter on a bagel, have one side that is almost entirely dry. This is every time. We got a wake up wrap once instead of a Boston cream donut, they consistently mess up the coffee orders. I’m not one to complain but I’ve had enough of this place. We love Dunkins products, just need to get their staff under control in this location.
