(March 15, 2019, 4:44 pm)All I can say is WOW service and it started right from the start with the gentleman by the name of Keenan. I felt like I was checking into some 5 star resort. I am huge about customer service because is my job and have job all over the industry in many different role and for a fast food place to have such awesome customer service blow me away! I'm not a huge McD's fan but it's close to work and they are quick, but I was so taken about by the great service I order more than I should have. Lord knows I don't need to upgrade to the large, but I did without hesitation. I spoke to the manager there Keisha and she was very friendly and gracious. This is one McDonald's that I will be visiting again, someone promote this man or at the very least I hope you guys are using as an trainer because there are some high end places that could take a page from Keenan!
