Dunkin'

Thank you for the fresh brewed dark roast and the personal attention! The 3 year old in the back seat thought it was awesome you walked it out and said, "We are Dunkin rockstars." ????

Further Update: Things have improved a lot, I haven't gotten any horrible sandwiches and their staff is still decently friendly and quick. I am bumping this up a star but keeping it at 3 for some of my past experiences.

Update: I have been here several more times since this bad experience and they continue to disappoint. Today they forgot my hashbrowns, and maybe even charged me for it but because they made me "pull-up" and park out-front (i never understood this it is called drive-thru) they gave me no time to call out after them and I wasn't going to run after them for $1, so I just lost it. And in some prior experiences they have filled my large cappuccinos only about half way and in my past 3 visits they have had me pull into the front lot twice. I don't think I can give them more chances, I am done with this place, but they still deserve the two stars for some of my early good experiences here.

I have been going here for a long time and in general their service is very good; however, I had a breakfast sandwich which was clearly not prepared in the correct way. The bagel was soggy and chewy, it had 0 crunch, no sign at all it was toasted in any way. I think they microwaved it and did it for much too long. They clearly did not follow procedure. I would know, I have eaten a lot of these sandwiches from dunkin.

It even had a weird taste to it. Despite my prior good experiences, this really makes me not want to go here again. Please don't do this no matter how busy you get dunkin, I would rather you turn me away.

Ok I have been to better. But it was exactly what I was expecting.
