“I tried Pat’s Pizza for the first time on a Thursday at around 4:30pm. The place looked clean and welcoming. The young man that took my order looked like he didn’t want to be there (but who really is passionate about taking orders at a pizza place? I get it) and was a little snippy when I simply asked if there was a price difference between the regular fries and waffle fries he offered me. Mumbling, “It’s just a side” isn’t a very professional or helpful. I brushed it off only because the people in front of me in line were giving him a hard time. As some who has worked in customer service, I understand how annoying that could be. I was a little concerned that a wrap with fries ran me almost $11, but I was satisfied when the food came out hot about 15 minutes later. My only small complaint is that the wrap wasn’t wrapped well and was barely held together by the toothpicks. However, I was pleased they didn’t decide to skimp on the ingredients in order to save room. I ate the wrap in the place and it was served to me on a nice plate. There was an abundance of napkins and ketchup available without me having to ask. Overall the experience was pleasant. Things seemed organized, the place was clean and you do get a decent portion of food for the money. I will be returning.”

“Don't be thrown off by the outside appearance! Very cozy very nice! My husband and I try to visit as often as possible. When it gets busy or crowded, the food time can be a bit slow. The service was great (Sonya was the best waitress we've ever had in the area) and the staff is very helpful, kind, and knows the menu well. Our coffee never gets empty and the staff is always sure to make sure all clients are happy. Overall amazing experience every time! Edit: pro tip! Go during the weekday when it is less crowded, the conversations you will have will be phenomenal!”

“March 2019 - updating the post to reflect a recent visit, keeping at three stars: I give you pictures of three restaurants serving a medium rare cut of prime rib. All within $3 of each other (about $37). You choose ... ============================== Updating post after another visit.. leaving at 3 stars but the food is going downhill, fast. Wanted to try something new. Sat at the bar because that's where you can actually get decent service. Ordered clams linguini ... what could go wrong? Well, if you like pasta drowning in oil and butter and grease from bacon with 5 clams the size of peas, then this is your dish folks! Come on guys. You can do better. If not, then I recommend you change the name to Bacon Oil Linguini. ======================== I want to like this place because the food is pretty good and I am local, but the service consistently disappoints. Wait times for refills on beverages is unnecessarily long, and frustrating. 2 managers, 2 food servers and a hostess all walk by in the span of 8 minutes.... none offer to refill water or get us more drinks. Ended up asking for help. Even then, our drinks sat at the bar for 4 minutes before our server went to get them. And here's the kicker ... he gets to our table with the drinks and says, " just in the nick of time". Ha! Dude, try like 20 minutes! This only confirms my assessment and now review ... servers are so far removed from knowing / managing their table, (in this case our server had only 1 table - the only 1 table in the entire dining room), that a 20% tip is simply unwarranted and consideration for a return trip will be less likely. I guess it's hard to expect more when junior servers are learning by (manager) example. PS. Veggies were limp and flavorless. Even though I left them on my plate and the server apologized, I still got charged. Go figure.”
