Staff is very friendly, upbeat and personable! If you've ever had ramen at a popular joint in NYC or Philly, this is below subpar. If you've never really had ramen other than instant then sure you'll probably think this is good. Ordered three identical bowls, Took almost an hour to get our food. Not that flavorful. Might give them another shot once they're a bit more settled in?

Really delicious food. We had the spicy kimchi and gyoza as apps. Ramen pictured is the Ton Ton bowl...just the right about of heat, very tasty.
Nice and different addition to Phoenixville’s restaurant scene. Owner Sara was friendly and helpful in explaining the dishes. Other reviewers are correct in that you may have to wait. We took advantage of Crowded Castle’s special (2 8 oz drafts for $5) across the street and Sara texted us when a table was available.
If you have mobility issues...there are no steps into or inside the space, however once inside things are a bit tight and narrow. I don’t believe someone in a wheelchair would be able to reach the bathroom or it would be difficult. Someone who walks with assistance will probably be fine.
Cost for 3 of us, with 2 apps and 3 ramen bowls, no drinks = $50 plus tip

Excellent authentic ramen. Both the appetizer and the main dish were fantastic. The staff was very friendly and helped us with navigating the small, bit complex menu.

We got there within a half hour of the restaurant opening on a weekday, and by 6pm the storefront was full. I recommend getting there early if you want a table. Also, since everything is made to order expect a bit of a wait between ordering and eating.
