Had an amazing experience at Rivertown Taps! Tried several dishes, all of them spectacular. The duck confit tacos are probably my favorite. They have so many beers and wine on tap, and even a local kombucha for those not drinking. Chef Lewis is a talent! And the vibe there is great. 10/10.
Fantastic food and atmosphere! Young or young at heart, this place is where it’s at. You can enjoy a huge selection of beer and wine on the tap wall, sit at the chefs’ bar where you can watch the chefs making a masterpiece of dishes or enjoy your meal at a comfortable dining table. The food is expertly crafted with amazing flavors! Highly recommend the chicken and waffles!
This place was fantastic!! They have a tap beer wall but we went with crafted drinks like the Bruce Wayne, so good. Reserved seats at the chefs bar so we could watch everything being made. It was almost impossible to choose after watching them make everything. Wings were great. Quesadilla was super crispy. Both had just the right amount of heat. Burger really good and the fries, forget about it, so crispy and mmmm just perfect. Chicken and waffles were the star!! Make sure you save room for the donuts!! Our server Amy was fantastic!! Will definitely go back.
Dropped by for a weeknight dinner. Tried a number of appetizers and a salad. Our helpful server explained their self-serve taps that use a smart card and digital display that shows the price per ounce and your total. The card is linked to your table tab so everything is seamless. They have a variety of beer, cider, hard seltzer, and kombucha on tap. Their cocktails from the bar are well crafted too. Overall, very happy with our dinner. Some of the dishes, like the quail, could have used a bit more seasoning, but they are still barely a week old so we'll return and update the review. I think they are off to a good start.
We had a lovely time at Rivertown. The food was great (especially the quail and polenta) and we loved the tap wall. It was awesome that they have Babas Bucha on tap!! They also had some seltzers. The menu was good for vegetarian or gluten free. We’ll be back soon!
