Meatball U

This was my first time here. I was very excited about the prospect of a place that specializes in meatballs. The staff is very friendly, the restaurant is spacious and clean. I ordered the Chicken Marsala Meatballs with Mashed Potatoes, 1 All-Beef Meatball and I asked if they could possibly do the Buffalo Chicken Meatballs as a Sandwich. They were happy to make it for me. I went with the hot buffalo sauce and chose blue cheese and my "cheese". The All-Beef Meatball and the accompanying red sauce had nice flavor, the red sauce wasn't overly sweet or acidic. The Chicken Marsala Meatballs are packed with flavor, going with mashed potatoes was a nice choice to pair with. The Buffalo Chicken Meatball Sandwich was phenomenal, even going with the hot buffalo sauce, it isn't overly spicy and has a nice lingering heat. The meatball themselves had great flavor, you could taste the celery and carrot, even with the sauce on them. My one critique would be that their is a lack of salt in the food. This is more of a personal thing, as I like things salty, but I think it also smart as it takes into consideration the people who are on low-sodium diets. All around I am happy with finding a new place that has good food and nice people. I will definitely be back!

This place is awesome!!! Homemade, slow cooked to perfection meatballs served in delicious red sauce or even buffalo or gravy! There’s a ball for everyone! Beef, sausage, chicken, turkey - happy happy happy! Oh... don’t don’t forget an awesome peanut butter bar for dessert! 100% recommend!
