This little place in West Chester is AMAZING! The staff is absolutely lovely and the teas are great with LOTS of options. Very reasonably priced for all you get. Such a nice little outing for a Gal date or group brunch outing! I will absolutley be returning!

    Vegetarian perspective

Did high tea here with a friend and had a lot of fun. I'm vegetarian and had limited options. One thing to note is that there is only one sandwich option that is vegetarian (cucumber sandwich), but they were able to make the pesto sandwich vegetarian by not including the meat. Overall sparse options though. The scone didn't seem cooked quite right to me, and the desserts were 50/50. Some delicious some just ok.

The decor inside is really cute though and service was great.

Mimi’s tea cottage has a wonderful quaint atmosphere. We went during lunchtime. Staff are attentive and very kind. There was a wide variety of tea to choose from. It’s was so hard to decide! We got the Beaumont service which included a savory dish to start. The menu changes monthly. I got the potato Boursin quiche which came with a salad. As someone who does not eat eggs, I thought this was delicious! The salad was perfectly dressed. You also got to pick between two scones. I chose the blueberry scone. Top it with fresh, homemade lemon curd- amazing!! There were 3 kinds of sandwiches served on the tray. They are tea sandwiches and not meant to be a full portion. In combination with all the other food, it was plenty to eat. My favorite was the cucumber dill sandwich. Let’s not forget the variety of perfectly portioned homemade desserts. The earl grey shortbread was the standout for me. All were fantastic and a great way to finish our tea. I can’t wait to go back and see what else is on the menu!

Beautiful little Tea Room, the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. The ladies working were fabulous. The tea selection was extensive and the ones we had were delicious. I hate to agree with other reviewers that the sandwiches were a tad small, and one of the “sandwiches” was on a Ritz cracker. The desserts were delicious and had something for everyone. The crumb cake was a favorite!

What an amazing little tea spot! As soon as you walk in, you feel transported to a cottage/English garden. There was no detail left behind with the decor, it’s all very aesthetic. There’s a gift shop with tons of cute tea-related items as well as some locally made products such as honey and jam. There’s tons of tea flavors to choose from (don’t miss the French caramel brûlée!). A good variety of finger sandwiches (the sandwich offerings change monthly). My favorite was the cucumber dill. Delicioussss chocolate chip scone as well! And a variety of mini desserts to top it off. They also had a kid specific option with sandwiches such as PB and Fluff cut into fun shapes! Can’t wait to go back!
