I celebrated my nomination earlier this evening in this fine place. I am glad to say that we passed a incredible evening and the restaurant was certainly the reason for that fruitful evening. The team cooperated in a very nice manner, the meals were delicious and my guests were very overjoyed. We shall definitely come back again for more events. Thank you very much.

This review is quite overdue for Brad and his team at Southbound BBQ Co. They came through for my wife and I in a big way in 2020. As with anyone planning a wedding in 2020, ours was a challenge to coordinate at almost every turn. While food is normally one of the most difficult elements to settle on, we decided to go non-traditional and have food truck catering; we're so glad we made this move, specifically that we found Southbound BBQ Co.

Brad was immediately responsive to our relatively short notice inquiries, unlike other avenues we tried. He and his team kept things simple, but understood what we needed for our event. The menu has ample offerings for any discerning BBQ fan, and the only challenge was deciding what to pick (We went with the trifecta of Pulled Pork, Beef Brisket, and Herb Roasted Chicken, not to mention the savory baked beans, collards, and corn bread sides). Brad was flexible and worked with us on each detail, accommodating the picky, the allergy-conscious, and the bolder palates on our guest list.

Everyone was blown away by the end result; the food was amazing, portions were great, and the professionalism of the team was outstanding. We would recommend Southbound BBQ Co. to anyone, and can't wait to find a good occasion to go back for more.

We had Southbound Barbeque come out and cater to a group of 100+ and everyone left satisfied! Very professional and clean with great variety of food to choose from. The meats are all tender and cooked to perfection, while the sides are out of this world, especially the mac & cheese! Can't go wrong with this food truck!

Thank goodness this Texan brought his BBQ to Chester County! We have used Southbound BBQ for graduation parties, other catering needs and even our Thanksgiving turkey. Very professional and absolutely delicious! All the meats have been cooked/smoked perfectly— and don’t even get me started on the cornbread and mac-n-cheese! Give them a shot, you will not be disappointed!

My husband & I hired Southbound BBQ for our wedding back in October 2020. We had only 7 weeks to plan our wedding, but Brad & his team made the process to hire and plan quick & easy! Brad was nice enough to come out before hiring them to check out the landscape for our backyard wedding. After speaking with him and looking at their awesome menu with such reasonable pricing, going with Southbound for our special day was a no brainer! The day-of operations went super smooth, and the staff serving our wedding we’re so amazingly hardworking and kind. And lastly, as for the food....AMAZING! Our guests were beyond satisfied and raving about how great the food was, from the cocktail hour appetizers to the dinner options! Our guests were given different options for main dishes and sides, but there was no wrong choice to choose from! My husband & I, got a full platter with a little bit of everything and I am so glad I’m one of the few brides that actually gets to sit down and enjoy dinner! They offered kids options, which was great for our little wedding guests :) At the end of the night, we were surprised with a full tray of the leftovers to take home, which our very happy groomsmen party enjoyed into the rest of the night and next day! Whatever the even you are planning, Southbound BBQ is at the top of recommendations for me among any catering company I’ve worked with so far, let alone food trucks!
