Nudy's Cafe Exton

I would give this place 5 stars for food and service but I am perpetually hampered when I go to check out and pay my check at the front by people that are in groups of 6 to 8 and pay their bills individually. We can sometimes stand and wait for 8 to 10 minutes to pay your bill before you can leave. While I understand the restaurant thinks this is a good idea to support this policy, in reality, it hurts business as people get fed up with waiting. The food is always very good here and consistent and most of the time, the servers are very good as well. Had one on this visit however that appeared to be relatively new and mixed up our
orders.

Awesome food, friendly and very good staff. Stopped for our first time for breakfast, toast was actually toasted not just heated bread, taters were browned. We will be back.

The West Chester and Berwyn locations are much better! When I've gone to this location they had dirty dishes both times (a lipstick mark on my coffee mug and a dirty fork). I was also disappointed in the management here because they refused to reserve a table for me when I called a few weeks in advance to ask if they would be able to seat me on my wedding day before going to get my hair and makeup done. I understand they don't take reservations, but it would have been so easy for them to accommodate and gain a happy bride as a customer for life (like the breakfast place I ended up going to did)!

When leaving, I was the second one in line. The hostess made me wait as she helped a customer that came in after me. I thought that was rude.
They need a more diverse workforce.
I would rather drive to the DEL than return here

This place is always busy when we frequent here for a Saturday or Sunday brunch! Food is served in good portions, fresh and excellent! Quality food and excellent service! As busy as this place gets, it's always clean and worth the wait!
