“My husband surprised me with a weekend stay here for our anniversary and he got all the add ons and I think the honeymoon package/room with the double jacuzzi tub. What a beautiful place! Loved the view of country fields. The room was clean and luxurious. Room service and food were amazing. Staff were very attentive and friendly, helping us find some wines we could buy. Really enjoyed the outside hang out spots for listening to local music. Cook Forest was close by for us to have some outdoor adventures. We absolutely will be going back.”

“I have a lot of nostalgia surrounding my family and I going to Bob's Subs, so I was holding off on going to the new location. Let me say that everything is great here! Somehow they kept the asthetic and feel of the original place while at the same time upgrading their kitchen, seating, and menus. My family and I came in as a group of 12 with no warning and they were able to push together a few tables. We were seated and fed in a timely manner. It's good to have Bob's Subs back in business. ❤️”

“The taco Inc in punxy is completely different. I was excited to see it come to Clarion, but this is only tacos and burritos basically in a more fast food style, which isn't executed well. If this format is kept, please at least grill the meats fresh, maybe work with the local butcher so it is fresh. The service was great, but the execution needs work. Will revisit in a few months to see if the kinks are worked out.”

“I ordered a fish sandwich and was told they are out of that item. On Wednesday night it is said to be wing night yet they were out of seasoning to do seasoned wings. The wings weren't crispy enough in my opinion. I ordered a beer they were out of the draft and the 1st bottle they brought was warm. Trivia night on Wednesday started at 7 pm. Trivia was well run and enjoyable. They do have a dock available for boats besides having a large parking lot. Mixed drinks were expensive. A bourbon on the rocks double with makers mark was $12.50. bottled beer $3.50”

“What a great little story to have in the middle of nowhere that there are no other options to go to. We stopped in on opening day checked out the spread that they have the prices are very well listed not to mention the wonderful cuts of New York strip steaks that they had available in the Deli!!! They are planning on having Huggies sandwiches and pizzas with in the weeks to come so if you're in the area stop in and help this new owner out and keep the quaint little country store thriving!!!!”
