“I had the pleasure of dining here while in the area for a conference. Our host promised us the best meal we’ve had all year and while it’s only July I’m going to say he was right. I had the veal parmigiana and it was perfect. It’s my favorite dish and while many restaurants do a fine job, Antonio’s nailed the texture and how critical that is to the meal. The breading was crisp, the veal was tender and just the right amount of melted cheese to pull it all together. I’m not sure when I’ll get back to the area but when I do I’ll be sure to visit Antonio’s again.”

“They used to be located down the road at Avanti Cove and I had a really bad experience there where they tried to serve me the same product after I had sent it back. I had specified "no mushrooms" on my burger a couple of times throughout the order to emphasize the fact that I wanted no mushrooms. The burger came with mushrooms so I sent it back. They brought out "a new burger" but when I lifted the bun I saw that all they did was scrape off the mushrooms and give me a new bun. Totally unprofessional.”

My boyfriend ordered the rib special that came with fries baked beans and coleslaw. I let server know that I ordered baked beans no coleslaw they took coleslaw back but didn't bring me my order of baked beans.”

“Ate here on vacation this week and Russell's has some of the best BBQ I have ever eaten; And I have eaten BBQ from coast to coast. Great variety on the menu, including kids selections. More than fairly priced. Pulled pork was extremely tender with the perfect mix of soft and crisp pieces. Rib meat came clean off the bone. Steak was smoked and juicy. Fresh cut fries were fried at the perfect temp with a nice outer skin and tender inside. Not super greasy. Baked potato was authentically baked. Salad greens were cold, crisp, and fresh. Russell's sauces were on point. Only restaurant on the trip I didn't need a take out box. If you're in the area, you don't want to miss this one. Bring your friends. They'll thank you later. Floor layout is accommodating for both small and large groups. Can't wait to go back!”

They have great food and like i said have enjoyed eating here in the past. Understaffed? Not sure to be honest. At 7:15 they had customers come in and sit down only to be told they were closed because they were out of food. (Sign says 8:00) I'm sure I'll go back and give them another chance, hopefully have a better experience like my previous ones.”
